The new Key Biscayne Yacht Club House and site development features a beautiful central waterfront dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large bar area on the second fl oor, which overlooks the main dining area. Administrative office areas and a small gift shop are located on the first floor. The common areas include two-tennis courts, a remarkable waterfront pool with a pool deck and a large gazebo, an open grassy area dedicated for special events like the annual regatta or for daily use. The interior space covers over 14,000 Sq ft., and the outdoor areas include 45 boat spaces and 137 parking spaces.
